Quick and delicious: blackberry, thick creamy yoghurt, pistache and honey dessert

This easy and quick dessert can be on your table within 10 minutes. No preparations needed. Just buy the ingredients and throw it together just before serving. Success guaranteed.


Serves 4

150 gram blackberries
3 tablespoons blackberry jam
2 tablespoons pistache nuts
125 ml whipping cream
400 gram thick Greek yoghurt (double cream)
4 tablespoons icing sugar
1 vanilla pod
2-3 tablespoons honey


Dry roast the pistache nuts in a few minutes and allow to cool on a plate. In the meanwhile whip the cream together with the icing sugar and the seeds of one vanilla pod. Stir gently in the thick yoghurt, without losing the air in the cream. Shortly stir in the blackberry jam, so there will be a nice spiral in the mixture.
Divide half of it into wine glasses or tumblers. Then divide half of the fresh blackberries, the rest of the mixture and the other half of the blackberries. Finish of with the honey and the pistache nuts.
